As a member of the Kitchen team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our award-winning restaurant, Natural Nine, along with Onyx Sports Lounge and Functions enhancing our unique entertainment at the Casino. The Food & Beverage Team at Casino Canberra and Natural Nine Restaurant are passionate about delivering modern and innovative Chinese cuisine, pub classics and extensive drink options balanced with an enjoyable patron experience.
This role is a full time position but casual will be considered.
To be successful in this environment Ideally you will
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Be focused on quality food preparation & presentation
- Have previously worked in a similar role
- Be able to effectively communicate

Requirements
Due to the nature of these roles, all applicants must be
- An Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents or have an unrestricted right to work indefinitely in Australia
- 18 years or older to apply
- Available to work on a rotating roster including shifts on days, nights until 2am, weekends and public holidays
