Chef/Caterer - Yenagoa, Balyesa

I am looking to hire a cook or caterer with experience in an existing buka or restaurant in local balyesa cuisine.

The key criteria I am looking out for in this role are: knowledge of local dishes, experience as a cook/caterer, and the ability to navigate the local balyesa markets to source ingredients.

Additionally, our ideal candidate should be able to:

• Determine recipe that aligns with balyesa taste preference
• Carries out experiments pertaining to balyesa local foods to be rolled out
• Train cooks and supervisors on new food products rolled out.
• Continuous study of market & competitor research
• Observe product quality control at the branch
• Data Collection & product performance tracking.

• SSCE/OND/HND
• Years of experience as a cook/caterer/chef in local Benin cuisine.
• Resident of Yenagoa, Balyesa State

Very attractive renumeration + 13th month Bonus + Proft Sharing
