- Independent cooking and preparation of Chinese first- , business- and economy class dishes
- Checking and inspecting the goods for correctness and quality
- Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
- Kitchen team supervision
- Professional experience with the preparation of traditional Chinese dishes at fine dining level
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine
- Ideally completed vocational training as a chef
- Service-oriented personality type and hands-on work approach
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fluent German and/or English language skills
