Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to develop menus and culinary concepts

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Lead by example on the line, demonstrating exceptional cooking skills and professionalism

- Develop and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment

- Maintain high culinary standards, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes

- Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to support the financial health of the restaurant

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards

- Assist in training staff on new techniques, menu changes, and operational procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant

- Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality and innovation

- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities

- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment

- Sound understanding of restaurant financials, including cost control and budgeting

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
