Job Description
- Assisting the Executive Chef/ Head Chef with daily operations
- Responsible for overseeing food production team
- Lead and manage the kitchen with optimal manning level; Assist in training and development of kitchen team
- Ensure team’s compliance with food hygiene standard and health/sanitation regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements
- Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
- Preferably 3 years managerial experience in a kitchen specialising in Western cuisine (Pizza, Pasta, etc)
- Good interpersonal, communication and management skills
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
- Split shift required
