Chef de Partie (CDP) - (Japanese Asian Fusion Restaurant)

Qualifications and Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of overall culinary experience.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP).
•⁠ ⁠1 CDP – Sushi: Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sushi preparation.
•⁠ ⁠1 CDP – Pan-Asian: Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Pan-Asian cuisine, particularly robata and grilling techniques.
