About the Role

YellowDoor Hotels is hiring a Chef de Partie (CDP) to keep restaurant and event service running across rotating sections while maintaining dish quality, safe stations, controlled stock use, and strong junior-cook performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Run rotating sections for restaurant and event service.
• Prepare and plate dishes to agreed recipes, quality, and ticket-time standards.
• Keep assigned stations clean, stocked, and ready before service.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work on-site with rotating shifts, including weekends.
