Chef De PartieWe are recruiting a Chef De Partie on a full-time, permanent basis, working 38 hours per week including alternate weekends.Pay scale from £27,000 DOE.The role of Chef De PartieAssisting with the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen and providing high quality food from an agreed menu. You will oversee our counter service, the carvery, pizza oven and patisserie counter, focusing mainly on making the pizzas and salads on a daily basis. A strong pastry background is also a requirement of this position.This role benefits from Sociable hours with no split-shifts as well as alternate weekends off plus a day off in the week and only one late night a week.Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered.
