We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team

This is a great opportunity for a chef who takes pride in delivering fantastic food, enjoys working as part of a team and is ready to take on more responsibility in a busy kitchen environment

What You'll Do

· Preparing and delivering food to a consistently high standard

· Taking responsibility for your section and supporting daily kitchen operations

· Helping to supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team

· Supporting stock control, ordering and monthly stocktakes

· Checking deliveries and ensuring ingredients meet our quality standards

· Helping to reduce food waste and manage stock effectively

· Bringing ideas to regular menu changes using fresh ingredients

· Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

· Completing food and fridge temperature checks

· Delegating tasks effectively when required

· Communicating closely with the wider kitchen and restaurant teams

What You'll Do

· Must have a positive, professional approach

· Must have standards of food preparation and presentation

· Must have a good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety

· Must have the confidence to support and motivate other members of the team

· Must have excellent organisation and communication skills

· Must have the ability to stay calm and organised in a busy kitchen

· Must have a team-first attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Additional Information

• 40 hours per week – Full-Time permanent position
• Working 5 days out of 7 per week (including weekends and bank holidays, you will need to be flexible to the business needs)
• Right to work in the UK required as time of application (visa sponsorship is not available)
