Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with fine dining standards
- Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section efficiently

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient management
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Support senior chefs during service and daily kitchen operations
- Assist with menu preparation and kitchen organisation

Requirements:
- Formal culinary qualification essential
- Previous fine dining experience essential
- Experience within luxury hospitality environments advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
