Chef de Partie
Summary
A Chef de Partie oversees a specific section of a fine-dining kitchen, ensuring high standards in food preparation, plating, and cleanliness in a Michelin-starred Alpine restaurant.
As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for the quality and precision of your section. Concretely, you will:
- Run your section (partie) autonomously, delivering standards of excellence
- Execute preparations and plating as defined by the Chef
- Ensure the correct storage and conservation of raw ingredients
- Keep your work area rigorously clean and orderly

Mandatory — applications that do not meet all of the following will not be considered:
- At least 2 years' recent, verifiable experience in fine-dining kitchens (Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels or high gastronomy)
- Legal right to work in France (EU citizenship or a work visa already obtained or in progress)
- Category B driving licence (own car preferred)
- Immediate or short-notice availability
- Contract: permanent (CDI) — seasonal option available
- Working hours: full time, 40 hours over 5 days per week, mixed shifts
- Salary: €2,600 gross per month over 12 months (commensurate with experience)
