MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT DIRECTOR: • Make all decisions concerning the organization and management of the operation • Define the organization of the works department • Provide for building site needs without limitation • Organize resources in terms of supervision, equipment and work assignment • Manage the workforce • Establish building site organization charts • Ensure the management planning of staff • Control skills and make sure they are maintained • Organize regulatory training • Organize medical monitoring of professional exposure, draw up exposure sheets and have the list of certified skills established • Conduct annual interviews with works directors and ensure annual interviews with your teams • Conduct interviews prior to any sanctions, and proceed with the sanctions if necessary • Establish and uphold the delegations of authority and monitor them across all building sites under your responsibility • Check the choices concerning the building site’s preparation (technical studies engineering office, methods, etc.) • Set individual and group objectives (budget, lead times, quality, prevention, etc.) • Consolidate and validate the execution studies, and make sure they are adhered to by setting up corrective measures • Ensure the implementation of the productivity improvement plan • Validate the choice of sub-contractors • Establish the review body with your teams (client relations, secondary building trades, etc.) • Organize and implement the adaptation of the company’s QE system for each contract, in particular for the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Plans, the application of the procedures, the management of records, and the capitalization on experience • Make sure that regulations for health and safety at work are strictly applied • Implement and control the application of the annual action plan JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION 5 years’ higher education, Master II or Master’s in Engineering FIELDS OF STUDY: Civil engineering - Public works REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years’ in works direction JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL Cost/Structures/Methods studies offices - Accounting - SQE - Logistics - HR - Legal - Management - Customer service EXTERNAL: Client - Architect - Engineering Office (BET) - Works and Studies Coordinator - Supervising office - External social organizations (CARSAT, work inspectorate, etc.)

Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation supérieure, vous disposez d’une expérience de 10 ans en conduite de travaux.

Reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe, vous avez le sens de la rigueur. Vous aimez le contact client et vous vous assurez de la satisfaction de celui-ci sur vos opérations afin de les fidéliser et d’ouvrir des perspectives sur de nouvelles opérations.

Véritable chef d’orchestre, vous devez fédérer et challenger vos équipes dans l’organisation des différents chantiers.
