💰 Gross Salary: $2,600 – $3,200
📍 Work Location: Downtown East
📅 Start Date: Mid-August onwards
Join a well-established entertainment and hospitality venue and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen environment!
⏰ Working Hours
• 44 hours per week
• Night Shift: 6:30pm – 3:30am
• Minimum 4 hours scheduled overtime per week
🍽️ Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grill station equipment and monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and food safety compliance.
• Marinate, season, skewer, and present grilled dishes in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the kitchen and grill station.
• Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Deliver high-quality dishes efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Comply with workplace safety, food hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
✅ Requirements
• Relevant kitchen or culinary experience is preferred.
• Able to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays based on the roster.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
