As we prepare to welcome our first residents, we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our new catering team.

From traditional favourites to meals tailored to individual tastes and dietary needs, you'll help make mealtimes something our residents genuinely look forward to.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing fresh, nutritious and enjoyable meals for residents

• Catering for individual dietary requirements and preferences

• Supporting menu planning and introducing variety to mealtimes

• Maintaining excellent HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards

• Managing food storage, stock rotation and waste reduction

• Working closely with the catering and care teams

• Supporting kitchen inspections and compliance requirements

About You

• Qualified Chef or relevant professional catering experience

• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

• A genuine passion for cooking and quality ingredients

• Understanding of nutrition and special dietary requirements

• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy kitchen

• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Experience in healthcare or nursing home catering is an advantage

• Legal right to work in Ireland
