About the Role
We are seeking Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join us at Monarto Safari Resort & Safari Lodge. You would be responsible for the high quality preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of unique menus, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction;
- Maintaining levels of stock and inventory;
- Hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas; and
- Compliance with HACCP

Successful candidates must have:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with industry experience in fast paced culinary environment (for chef positions)
- Professionalism, immaculate personal presentation in line with our company culture and enjoy engaging with our guests
- Strong understanding of food safety
- Available early mornings, weekends and public holidays
