Chef / Kitchen Manager – Vidorra

Vidorra Mexican Kitchen & Bar is hiring experienced culinary leaders to join our growing team!

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Chef / Kitchen Manager who can lead a team, maintain high culinary standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and execution.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with restaurant leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen management or culinary leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a successful team.
