The Chef role at Pinstripes is a hands-on, entry-level management position focused on executing high-volume service, leading shifts, and maintaining kitchen standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Sous Chef position and develop leadership skills within a structured kitchen environment.
Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, both BOH and FOH, Management, and Community.
What you’ll be doing:
- Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and high quality
- Ensure food quality through proper preparation, taste, and presentation
- Prepare ingredients and maintain organized, well-stocked stations
- Perform line checks and ensure readiness for service
- Take ownership of your station to ensure efficient, organized, and high-quality service
- Assist with banquet, catering, and brunch execution as needed
- Support expo and communicate effectively with FOH to ensure accurate and timely service
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and organization
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and EcoSure standards
- Contribute to a clean, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Salary Range $65,000 - $70,000 annually
