Hours: 8:05 to 3:45

Camp Location: Port Washington New York

Salary: $3,400-$3,600

Ages of Campers: pre k to 6th grade

The Chef Shop Specialist is responsible for teaching campers how to prepare and cook kid-friendly recipes. This role includes selecting recipes and ordering all required food and supplies. Each session lasts approximately 35 minutes and serves groups of about 22 campers. Applicants should be certified Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) teachers or have prior experience cooking and working with children. Candidates must also demonstrate responsibility, a strong work ethic, effective organizational skills, and clear communication.
