We are seeking a skilled, creative, and experienced Chef to support our kitchen operations and maintain excellent food quality.

*Position:* Chef
*Location:* Bajulaiye, Shomolu, Lagos, and its environs
*Salary:* 180,000- 200,000

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and oversee the preparation of meals to company standards.
* Ensure consistency in recipes, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
* Coordinate food preparation and kitchen workflow.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Monitor ingredient usage and minimise wastage.
* Support menu development and recipe standardisation.
* Guide junior kitchen staff and kitchen assistants.
* Ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Requirements

*Requirements:*

* Minimum of OND in Catering, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Chef.
* Strong cooking skills and knowledge of diverse dishes.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
* Leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
