Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop new recipes, menus, and food concepts.

  • Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Implement HACCP procedures and maintain proper food handling practices.
