💵 Gross Salary: $2,600 – $3,200
📍 Location: Downtown East
🌙 Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (transport provided)
👨🍳 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to established menu and quality standards
- Operate grill station equipment and monitor cooking times and temperatures
- Marinate, season, skewer and present grilled items according to brand standards
- Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep the grill station clean, organised and ready for service
- Monitor ingredients and inventory required for the station
- Deliver consistent, quality dishes efficiently during fast-paced service periods
