Description
A two-year contract to build real biotech experience at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico. You will provide engineering and statistical support to commercial drug substance manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Analyze process data and run statistical evaluations to monitor process performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing operations.
- Support system modifications, change controls and validation.
- Write technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) + 2 years, or a Master's degree.
- Statistical analysis skills.
- Biotech or drug substance manufacturing support is a plus.
Benefits
- Contract: 24 months, with possible extension
- Shift: 1st or 3rd shift
