Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex process issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless implementation of optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a focus on optimization.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, UniSim) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and chemical reaction kinetics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
