Chemical Production Technician (1 YEAR CONTRACT) [SAS]

Execute chemical filling operations involving hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide in accordance with approved procedures.

Perform production activities, including container preparation, inspection, washing, conveyor loading, palletising, strapping and shrink wrapping.

Conduct packaging inspections and ensure finished products meet established quality requirements.

Handle incoming materials and carry out barcode generation, printing and related production documentation.

Monitor process parameters, record operational data and ensure readings remain within specified limits.

Operate production machinery, handheld equipment and the NAV system to support daily operations.

Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and report equipment abnormalities to the supervisor.

Participate in process improvement and production line optimisation activities.

Comply with QMS, EMS, OHS and chemical safety requirements.

Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to PPE requirements and production discipline.
