Job Overview

We are inviting applications from Specialty Chemicals Sales professionals for multiple opportunities across the GCC. Candidates should have experience in technical sales, business development, key account management or distribution of specialty and industrial chemicals.

Product Categories

Relevant experience may include:

· Packaging: Printing inks, coatings, laminating adhesives, barrier coatings and polymer additives.

· Construction: Concrete admixtures, waterproofing chemicals, sealants, grouts, protective coatings and construction adhesives.

· Oil & Gas: Drilling fluids, production chemicals, corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers, scale inhibitors and biocides.

· Petrochemicals: Catalysts, process chemicals, polymer additives and stabilisers.

· Mining: Flotation reagents, flocculants, dispersants and mineral processing chemicals.

· Water Treatment: Coagulants, flocculants, antiscalants, membrane chemicals and biocides.

· Industrial Adhesives: Epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic and hot-melt adhesives, sealants and bonding agents.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop new business and manage key industrial accounts and distributors.

· Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical solutions.

· Generate enquiries, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.

· Coordinate technical support, product trials and customer service.

· Achieve sales, profitability and collection targets while monitoring market trends.

Skills

Candidate Profile

· Experience in specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals or technical B2B sales.

· Knowledge of GCC markets, industrial customers and distribution networks.

· Strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.

· A degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
