In this full-time role, you will assist in the crucial task of curating and analyzing chemical data for innovative drug development. As part of a team of experts, you will integrate cheminformatics into machine learning algorithms, developing data structures that will underpin next-generation drug candidates. Your background in data science and chemistry will be key in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and curate datasets for drug discovery
• Analyze and clean data to minimize errors
• Design efficient data loaders for integration
• Create featurizations based on chemical structures
• Use established cheminformatics techniques in analyses
Requirements:
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in relevant scientific discipline
• Experience in cheminformatics and data preparation
• Proficient in Python and data analysis libraries
• Preferred two years in small molecule discovery
• Strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to excellence
