Supervise and coach laboratory technicians.Review and update SOPs.
Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with established standards.
Maintain instruments in optimal condition and conduct checks & analyses on work‑in‑progress.
Retain and analyze finished product samples from production.
Assist failure analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and customer complaint resolution.
Support GMP audits, validation, qualification, and change control activities.
Maintain product quality records and technical files.
Prepare technical reports, standards, and specifications for processes, products, or tests.
Diploma/Degree in Chemistry with 2 years relevant experience
