Summary
Plant cost controller analyzing financial performance, tracking costs, and preparing budgets using SAP and BI tools for a manufacturing site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plant performance analysis for BP, MBR, CF analysis including variance analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis
- Presentation to central and local management for plant performance and lead type cost tracking
- Plant costing (PPC calculation and SAP standard costing maintain, overhead controlling)
- Lead type unit cost controlling and RPP measures tracking
- Plant measures verification, VSPDCA tracking, recommendation for management proposals
- Project calculation / Quotation (EVOB, investment calculation, make or buy etc.)
- Budgeting and controlling of plant (cost center budget, HC, investment etc.)
- Analysis for plan/actual/target for MAT related KPIs
- Material variance tracking and analysis
- Material master data
- Controlling process improvement and digitalization
- At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- More than 3 years plant controlling related experience
- Digital skill e.g excel, Power BI, Power Query, Access, python etc.
- SAP CO model knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good English both oral and written skill
