Hospice Community Liaison (Hospice Sales & Marketing)
Location: Parma, Ohio

The Mission
Comforting Hands Hospice is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Hospice Community Liaison to expand our referral network throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
This role combines healthcare business development, community education, and patient advocacy. You'll work directly with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral partners to ensure patients and families have access to compassionate hospice services when they need them most.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase referrals and admissions
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, and community organizations
Conduct educational presentations regarding hospice and palliative care services
Meet with patients and families to explain hospice services and facilitate admissions
Identify new referral opportunities through market analysis and community outreach
Maintain a strong presence throughout the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and quarterly referral-growth objectives

Qualifications

2+ years of hospice sales strongly preferred, business development, or marketing experience
Hospice, home health, senior living, physician liaison, or related experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop referral relationships and grow market share
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Existing Cleveland-area healthcare relationships are highly desirable
