· Taking full Responsibility for month-end closing.

· Preparing monthly account reconciliations and taking actions accordingly.

· Preparing monthly invoices for other Anantara Hotels, General Manager, Store and Shop rentals.

· Preparing all journal vouchers for month-end closing.

· Preparing monthly financial statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives.

· Approving various city ledger transactions before posting

· Approving payment requests, travel expenses, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment.

· Providing input to budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate office.

· Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
