Job Summary

Lead operational excellence and strategic growth by managing daily business functions, optimizing resources, and collaborating with leadership to scale Aimin TCM Clinic’s services and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of long-term strategic goals by partnering with the CEO to enhance daily operational efficiency
• Manage daily business operations across supply chain, IT, customer service, and other functions to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee budget management and optimize resource allocation to achieve revenue targets and improve financial performance
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health and inform decision-making
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to streamline processes and implement operational best practices for scalable growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Healthcare or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of executive leadership experience managing multiple departments and scaling business operations
• Proven skills in advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, cross-functional team leadership, and process optimization
