CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (SALARY: 4600 - 5000)

We are looking for a skilled professional to supervise the organisation’s corporate systems and provides strategic leadership. Chief Administrative Officer will be responsible for planning, streamlining, and executing workflows and procedures. He/she will oversee a team that focuses on new personnel recruiting and training and allocate responsibilities and office space to all staffers. He/she will also assess personnel performance, provide guidance, and implement process changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for corporate stability and growth, aligning with the company's overall direction.

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures and administrative guidelines are effectively communicated and followed.

• Lead, facilitate and/or participate in meetings, company’s events, and other corporate activities.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and certifications of the new and existing staff

• Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

• Taking on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of corporate management and construction processes, regulations and best practices.

• Strong knowledge in budget planning and enforcement, corporate operations, human resources, and executive management.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with digital tools, software and compliance platforms is an advantage.

• Competent computer literacy such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and presentation.

• Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
