We are building AI-first developer productivity across front-end and back-end teams by embedding practical generative AI into everyday engineering workflows. As the Chief AI Solution Engineer, you will evaluate and roll out AI-assisted tooling, automation, and safe usage standards across IDEs and CI/CD, partnering closely with DevOps and engineering leads. Responsibilities
- Research, assess, and roll out AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, specialized code LLMs, and internal AI utilities for both front-end and back-end developers
- Design and automate AI-enabled software lifecycle workflows, including automated unit test generation, documentation generation, schema translations, pull-request summaries, and code-review assistance
- Partner with DevOps to embed AI-driven analysis, automated bug detection, and linting tools into CI/CD pipelines to surface vulnerabilities and structural flaws early
- Serve as an internal consultant and evangelist by running workshops, producing prompt engineering guidelines for software developers, and setting best practices for safe, ethical, and effective AI usage
- Track, quantify, and communicate developer velocity and efficiency gains from AI initiatives, including lead time, coding speed, and team sentiment changes
- Lead adoption by coaching teams through change while introducing disruptive technologies across the engineering organization
Requirements
- Proven track record with 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or DevEx Engineer focused on developer productivity and emerging AI technologies
- Hands-on familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and Next.js plus back-end systems including APIs, databases, and microservices
- Working knowledge of modern IDE ecosystems such as VS Code and JetBrains along with version control like Git and CI/CD tools
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with demonstrated success introducing disruptive technologies and leading engineering culture through change
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Practical experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Ollama
- Exposure to fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups
- Background in building custom AI agents
