Chief Architect / R&D Lead / Manager – Business Intelligence

What You'll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of next-generation AI-powered supply chain solutions.
• Drive research and development initiatives in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Digital Twin, and Intelligent Decision Support technologies.
• Define solution architecture, technology roadmap, technical standards, and development frameworks for new products and platforms.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects and evaluate emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and innovation areas.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to transform complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Oversee technical governance, system quality, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture, with proven experience leading large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and modern software architecture.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics, or related AI technologies.
• Experience in solution design, technical planning, technology evaluation, and R&D projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation initiatives.
• Bonus Points: Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong written English.
