Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in client management, preferably within the marketing research industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate market insights into strategic business recommendations.
