A digital bank is recruiting a commercial leader to drive sustainable revenue growth, deposit mobilization, and loan portfolio expansion across all our business lines — Retail, Community, MSME, HNI, and Value-Added Services.
You'll lead:
* Bank-wide commercial strategy & growth
* Deposit mobilization & quality loan growth
* All Group Heads across five business segments
* Performance, portfolio quality & regulatory alignment
Our preferred candidate should possess:
* 12–15 years in microfinance, retail, or MSME banking, with 5+ years in leadership
* Strong grasp of CBN regulations & financial inclusion
* Proven record building profitable commercial portfolios
* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); CIBN/ACIB an advantage
