Dintero is building the future of unified commerce: one platform that brings online payments, in-store terminals and everything in between into a single, seamless experience. We're growing fast and profitably, with some of the Nordics' most demanding enterprise clients, including Vy, already on board. Dintero has grown 500% since 2024.

Dintero is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to own our full commercial P&L, scale our business across the Nordics and take Dintero into the EEA and the UK.

About the role

As CCO, you have P&L responsibility for Dintero's entire commercial organisation. You report to the CEO and lead a team of 10–15 people, which will grow to 500 MNOK in revenue in the coming years.

Your mandate:

• Scale and grow Dintero's business across the Nordics.
• Lead Dintero's expansion beyond the Nordics, into the EEA and the UK.
• Build and develop the commercial team needed to deliver that growth.

Who you are

• You have a proven background in the payments landscape.
• Scaled from 10 on people on sales to 50+ people across multiple countries
• You hold a higher education degree.
• You are a native speaker of a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) and fluent in English.
