Leads growth of a global ad network by building and scaling the demand/sales organization, owning the full advertiser lifecycle and driving revenue to $1.5M+ monthly.
Our client is a full-service media buying and advertising company running a global ad network across push, native, popunder, and in-page formats. The team works from offices in Prague and Warsaw plus remote hubs across Europe and beyond, bringing together decades of combined expertise in digital advertising.
The business has built a strong, fast-growing demand side and is now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to own that growth engine. The mission of the role is to drive stable growth of company income by building a scalable, high-performing demand organization.
Key goals for the first stretch in the role:
Audit the current demand function and define a growth strategy
Build a full advertiser lifecycle process: sales, launch, account management, scaling, retention, reactivation
Grow demand department spend to $1.5M+ monthly
Requirements
10+ years in digital marketing (ad network / affiliate network), including 5+ years in a leadership role
5-7+ years of overall commercial experience
Proven experience building or scaling demand/sales units
Track record managing revenue in the $5M-$10M range
Deep understanding of direct demand/supply and RTB/programmatic advertising
Experience managing teams of 30+
Experience implementing KPI and motivation systems
Strong sales and negotiation skills
English B2+
Responsibilities
Team development Hire and develop key talent, build a scalable commercial structure, set KPIs and motivation systems, run performance reviews.
Sales & growth management Own the full advertiser lifecycle (sales, launch, account management, scaling, retention, reactivation). Control and grow key metrics: new revenue, LTV, ARPU, churn.
Strategy Develop and execute the demand strategy. Define priority GEOs, verticals, and segments. Identify new growth opportunities and scale spend.
Process Build and optimize the end-to-end funnel. Own CRM/pipeline hygiene, conversion rates, and deal cycle. Set up cross-team workflows within the department.
Cross-department collaboration Sync with Traffic, CPA, RTB, Product, and Marketing teams. Shape product requirements from the demand side.
