Our client, a leading insurance and financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to provide strategic leadership for its enterprise-wide compliance function, ensuring regulatory compliance, corporate governance, AML/CFT compliance, and ethical business practices.
We're looking for candidates with:
* Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's/MBA is an advantage)
* Minimum of 12 years' relevant experience, with at least 6 years leading a Compliance function within the Insurance or Financial Services industry
* Strong experience engaging with NAICOM and other regulatory authorities and implementing enterprise-wide compliance programmes
* Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Legal Practice, or Insurance are highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Consumer Protection, Data Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance
* Proven leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and policy development experience
