To oversee kitchen operations and ensure the preparation and timely service of safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals while maintaining hygiene, food safety, and cost control standards.
ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsibilities of meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Maintaining cleanliness of galley equipment.
- Order store items as per requirements.
- Collect items from store as per requirements.
- Making duty roster for all junior cook and helper.
- Checking of provision received for quality and quantity.
- Joining Duty Roster of Cooks in case of less number of Sr Cooks.
