Who we’re looking for:


We are seeking Chief Cybersecurity Manager Mission Support (Secret Clearance) to lead mission support architecture operations and maintenance, and engineering efforts within enterprise SOC operations. This leader will ensure engineering alignment with SOC operations, drive seamless coordination across cybersecurity initiatives and guide complex system design and integration projects. The Chief Cybersecurity Manager Mission Support role requires mastery of advanced technologies, proven expertise in architecting secure solutions and the ability to direct a broad team of engineers through project completion. What you’ll be doing:


  • Lead mission support architecture and engineering activities, ensuring alignment with SOC operations.
  • Oversee engineering integration and coordination across intake functions, SOC initiatives and technical teams.
  • Design, architect and implement advanced systems and solutions to support enterprise cybersecurity missions.
  • Manage the integration of major systems, systems of systems and supporting elements.
  • Guide engineers in the development of innovative, cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
  • Supervise engineering teams, provide technical leadership and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with experts across domains to ensure seamless transitions between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Contribute to the advancement of SOC modernization and engineering excellence.


What you need to know:


  • Expertise in cybersecurity architecture, engineering and systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Assessments and Authorization processes and documenting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid on-premises and cloud technology stack environments.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding transitions from on-premises to hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proven project management leadership in managing engineering teams across complex, large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with federal standards, frameworks and FedRAMP environments.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting techniques of complex technical solutions.


Must have’s:


  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 15+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years with FedRAMP hybrid on-prem and cloud environments (transition experience preferred).
  • CISSP or advanced degree in Cybersecurity or related field (M.S. or higher); alternatively, 8+ years in cybersecurity with government or contractor organizations.
  • Strong proficiency with Linux, Zabbix, Tenable, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments and managing projects using Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
  • Applicants must hold and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
