Salary: 190K-220K

What You Bring
- 10+ years estimating experience
- Proven success on $40M+ electrical scopes
- Experience in healthcare, data centers, or large commercial
- Strong leadership presence and communication
- Ability to influence outcomes and mentor a high‑performing team
What You’ll Own
- Lead estimating operations and team performance
- Drive pursuit strategy with leadership, PM, and BD partners
- Approve final estimates and proposals for high‑visibility projects
- Present to clients and support negotiations
- Refine systems, tools, and best practices with real autonomy
