Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for business operations, management and profitability.

Key areas of focus – include but are not limited to:

Set and drive overall business strategy, growth plans, and brand direction
Own full P&L performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and cost discipline
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across operations, marketing, and supply chain
Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent, compelling guest experience across all touchpoints
Identify and execute expansion opportunities, new outlets, partnerships, or formats
Establish systems, processes, and structure to support scale and operational excellence
