Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Logistics - S$25000

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest executive authority, accountable to the Board of Directors and stakeholders for the company’s performance. In Singapore’s logistics sector, the CEO must balance growth, compliance, and innovation while steering operations across freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute corporate vision, mission, and growth strategy.
• Drive expansion into new markets and logistics capabilities (e.g., digital freight, automation).

Financial Stewardship

• Full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, capital allocation, and fundraising.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure service delivery meets KPIs (order through put, fulfillment SLAs, fleet utilization).
• Champion digital transformation and supply chain resilience.

Governance & Compliance

• Uphold Singapore’s Corporate Governance Code and regulatory standards (ACRA, MAS).
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and safety regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the company to investors, regulators, clients,and industry associations.
• Build strong relationships with multinational partners and government agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in logistics/supply chain, with at least 5 years in C‑suite or P&L leadership.

Certifications (preferred):

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP – ASCM).
• Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Certified Logistics Professional (CLP)
