The Chief Executive Operating Manager is responsible for ensuring that all business units operate efficiently, profitably, compliantly, and consistently, while staff are properly trained, scheduled, and accountable.
Operational Excellence Goals - Standardize daily operating procedures across all locations and business units - Ensure each location opens, closes, and operates according to defined policies - Implement consistent scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage systems - Reduce operational disruptions and emergency call‑ins through proactive planning - Maintain clean, safe, and professional environments at all facilities
People Management & Leadership Goals - Hire, train, and retain qualified staff for all businesses - Ensure all employees understand job expectations and performance standards - Conduct regular staff meetings and one‑on‑one check‑ins - Address performance issues promptly using documented coaching processes - Build leadership capacity by developing site leads and supervisors
Compliance & Risk Management Goals - Maintain full regulatory compliance for all CBRF group homes, including staffing ratios, documentation, and inspections - Ensure staff certifications, background checks, and trainings remain current - Oversee adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and internal policies - Prepare for audits, licensing reviews, and state inspections - Minimize incidents, violations, and liability exposure across all operations
Financial & Performance Management Goals - Monitor weekly and monthly performance for each business unit - Control labor costs, supply expenses, and operational waste - Improve profitability at retail, beauty, vending, and hospitality locations - Ensure accurate reporting of payroll, scheduling, and time worked - Support revenue growth through operational efficiency and improved service
Brand Consistency & Customer Experience Goals - Maintain consistent branding, service standards, and professionalism across all Devine Diva, Don, and Home Sweet Home locations - Ensure high‑quality customer, resident, and guest experiences - Resolve customer and client complaints quickly and professionally - Monitor reviews and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Training & Development Goals - Oversee implementation and utilization of Home Sweet Home Training – Online Learning - Ensure new hires complete onboarding and required trainings on time - Track training completion and compliance records - Update training content to reflect current policies and regulations
Facilities & Asset Management Goals - Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships for all properties - Ensure vending machines are stocked, functional, and profitable - Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies across all locations - Coordinate improvements and upgrades as needed
Communication & Reporting Goals - Serve as the central operational point of contact for ownership - Provide regular operational updates and performance summaries - Ensure headquarters operations at 5605 Washington Ave, Suite 8i run efficiently for interviews, payroll pickup, and administrative needs - Improve internal communication between locations and leadership
