Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
- Provide financial insights to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Advise the executive team on financial risks and opportunities.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls. Oversee banking relationships and financing activities.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee credit, market, liquidity, and operational financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance.
- Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance.
- Manage external audits and regulatory reporting. Support cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 12–15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Experience in commodities trading, international trading, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
