Chief Finance Officer

We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer to develop and implement the company's financial strategy, establish its financial structure and procedures, define accounting policies, and develop and implement measures to ensure the company's financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives;
Optimize the corporate and financial-legal structure of the group of companies;
Manage and continuously improve financial processes and internal controls;
Lead the implementation and scaling of the ERP system.
Establish and oversee budgeting, financial planning, and budget execution control;
Analyze financial performance and initiate decisions to improve operational efficiency and business profitability;
Prepare the company for fundraising, including investor relations, financial modeling, and due diligence;
Consolidate financial statements for the group of companies, including non-resident entities (up to 8 legal entities);
Oversee accounting and tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors;
Manage intangible asset accounting, R&D and project costs, production costs, and pricing;
Leverage modern financial instruments and payment solutions, including crypto assets, securities, and other financial instruments.
