Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for steering the financial strategy and health of the organization. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role such as CFO or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in financial governance, risk management, and strategic cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of developing and executing strategic profit models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at the executive level with exceptional communication and leadership presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience working in a publicly traded company or a highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with advanced financial technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
