Summary
Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and accounting for a remote company, ensuring accurate reporting and performance analysis while guiding leadership on growth opportunities.
This is a remote position.
ØDevelop financial strategies by contributing financial and accounting processes and analysis.
ØEstablish operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, designing systems and resolving problems.
ØMonitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing impact of variances.
ØProvide leadership and credibility in the Finance group by providing accurate analysis of budgets and financial forecasts.
ØProvide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
ØEstablish and develop good working relations with management.
ØManage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
Requirements
ØBachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related course.
ØCPA license is a plus.
ØMust have extensive experience handling Accounting and Finance Departments.
ØStrong analytical skills and results-driven personality.
ØAbility to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
ØExceptional time management and ability to resolve issues under pressure.
