You'll partner directly with our CEO and Board to drive financial strategy, strengthen our ESOP, evaluate growth and acquisition opportunities, and build the systems and team to take us forward.

Do you have the experience to back it up?

10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years at the CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent level.

Construction experience is strongly preferred. ESOP and M&A experience will get our attention.

CPA or MBA? Great.

But we're not hiring a collection of credentials. We're hiring the person who knows what to do with them.
